YESHUA HELD US IN THE PALM OF HIS HAND©

YESHUA HELD US IN THE PALM OF HIS HAND

Yeshua held us in the palm of His hand,
Gave us this chance to live once again
An accident occurred bringing death to our door
Brought to our knees as never before
A tragedy so devastating - such a great loss
Our sister is now with our Savior who died on the cross

Our mission for Adonai is not yet complete
Little did we know how we'd first meet
This miracle of life, only He can give
Through music and praise we must glorify Him
Who knew what would happen on this special day?
Who knew we'd lose our sister in this tragic way?

Yeshua held us in the palm of His hand
Gave us a chance to carry out His plan
To write songs in honor of our sister who passed away
To give to Him thanks, honor and praise
Yeshua held us in the palm of His hand
Gave us this chance to live once again

Never did I realize all that He could do
The way He can pick out just me or you
For a mission to let many others know
Through our testimony of faith that daily grows
He saved us from death and gave us new life
Through the power of Yeshua, He spared our lives

I felt His hand carry me as if suspended in air
And set me down softly, His angels were there
I heard His voice saying those words so clear
That He held us in His hand and we have nothing to fear
It is still so amazing that its difficult to express
Now we must show Him that we'll do our very best

Yeshua held us in the palm of His hand
Gave us a chance to carry out His plan
To write songs in honor of our sister who passed away
To give to Him thanks, honor and praise
Yeshua held us in the palm of His hand
Gave us this chance to live once again

Written by Bert Calderon
This poem was written in honor of our Sister, Cherrianne McKinney. She was a talented writer, a gifted prophetess, a woman of God, a great friend, and our true Mishpocha. She was taken from us on our way to band practice suddenly as we were struck in a T Bone fashion by a young driver who ran a stop sign and was high on drugs. We don't understand how else but by Yeshua that Richard and I are still alive, but we certainly know that HE HELD US IN THE PALM OF HIS HAND to spare our lives. We miss Cherrianne tremendously and she will be in our hearts and thoughts daily. In tribute to her and to Yeshua we give you this song/ poem.
